Your Sponsor's Information

Your sponsor needs to be a professional person who knows you well, and who can comment on why you are suitable for the grant you have requested. We usually expect this to be a teacher, lecturer, or employer for example and your sponsor cannot be someone you are related to or be a family friend. We will use the details you provide to contact your sponsor, and to ask them how they know you and how they think this money will help you. They will need to know you are making this application and by providing their details you are consenting to us contacting them. If we don't feel that the sponsor you have named is suitable, we may ask you to provide an alternative sponsor.
